Exceptional Sealcoating Services

Stern recommends seal coating your asphalt driveway/parking lot to maintain its flexibility and to protect it from the elements. We suggest waiting at least 2 full summers to allow the driveway to cure.

New driveways/parking lots will receive two coats of sprayed on coal tar blend sealer from SealMaster. Previously sealed driveways/parking lots will usually only receive one coat of sealer.  

Stern recommends sealing every 3 to 5 years depending on the amount of traffic on your driveway or parking lot.  

Prior to sealcoating, we trim the grass at the edges, remove debris from the pavement surface and fill the cracks with a high quality hot rubberized crack filler.
